CPR/AED-Adult plus CPR-Child and Infant with AED-Child plus Standard First Aid

Learn how to recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies in adults (ages 12 and older), children (ages 1-12 years) and infants (under 1 year of age). Inaddition, this course teaches responders what an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is and how to use them on adult and child cardiac arrest victims. Participants also learn the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide basic care of injuries and sudden illnesses, which include burns, bleeding, hypothermia, stroke, and much more. Upon successful completion of an assessment, participants will receive certification in CPR/AED-Adult, CPR/AED-Child, CPR-Infant, Standard First Aid, and Pediatric First Aid, which all are valid for two-years as of January 1, 2011.
